Shipping Information
At Bisous xoxo, we carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped with PostNL.
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times:
- The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 2–7 business days
- International: 5–14 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Any available free shipping promotions will automatically be applied at checkout when eligible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your PostNL tracking number, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Bisous xoxo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it is dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to PostNL, delivery is managed by the carrier. While we will gladly assist you in locating your shipment, Bisous xoxo is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will help you investigate the shipment.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
